What is best way to take sales orders?

I sell a product with a partner and we both have several sites that drive traffic. What is the best way to track sales - which site they came from. I am using shopify for sales now - but not sure how to track?

I'm not familiar with shopify but one way you can do it is to make use of the affiliate program :) You won't actually pay out anything but it is quite effective. Just pretend each site is an affiliate OR if your affiliate system allows you to set up campaigns, you can create two affiliate accounts and use campaign tracking for each site.
