Welcome Nicole, glad to have you here. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about this forum. Not sure exactly what you mean by how the community works but it's a place for us to brainstorm ideas, ask questions about business, etc. I am the moderator here and try my best to keep on top of keeping the forum clean from spam. There are no ads permitted here on the forum. That is pretty much the gist of this community. Glad to have you participate.
