Making and Enlarging Title, moving menu tabs

Hello,

Please bare with me as I attempt to describe what I need as this is new to me. I just put up a website, but the Title of the website theme is too small for the new title of the website. I need to enlarge this space. But by doing this, I believe the title will impede on the space of the menu tabs. So the menu tabs may need adjusting as well.

How much to do this?
