A stupid question from my side but now i am trying to work smarter rather than harder

I would like to know the different tags while setting up a wp blog and detailed explaination on each of them as to how do i go about putting these tags while setting up the blog and also if possible with some example
?

I recently read an interesting tip from Matt Cutts about tags. While he said it's ok to use them as long as you don't have too many tags because it could appear that you're keyword stuffing.

So as you're entering your tags be sure to limit the total use to a dozen or less.
