I remember this was one of the first resources that i saw you reccomend Lynn.

Anyway not that i pay much attention to it, but my site value went from over $10,000 to jut over $500. Not good!

was it ever really worth $10000? only you can assess the value but based on current sales, a rough rule of thumb is 10 x monthly proffit.
