I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for here. As for forums, it's best to use those for networking and not for advertising. Unless you are talking about paying for ads on various forums. Can you explain more about what you're looking for please?

Just do a search on Google for the specific kind of forum you are looking for. Also, if you are looking for low cost advertising, USfreeads.com is a good place to start - you will need to use long tailed keywords, however, to be effective, as general keywords don't work very well for search engine effectiveness.

If you're looking for forums where people just post ads, don't waste your time. The only thing people do there is -- well -- post ads. Nobody every goes there to read and act on the ads that are posted.
