View Full Version : Need WP in a folder moved to top level of domain.

First, I'll try to explain what I did.... I wanted to rebuild my cross stitch website (www.stitchingthenightaway.com) on Wordpress, so I created the whole thing in a folder /newbuiltstna and added all the articles and information etc and kept a list of the 301 redirects I will need to set up.

The problem is I've never been very good at moving Wordpress and databases around without breaking them, so I need someone that can do that part for me and also set up the htaccess with the 301 redirect list for me.

I don't expect that it will take very long if someone more knowledgeable in DBs than me does it, whereas if I do it it's sure to break and take three to five days to fix LOL

So, please let me know if you're available and what your rate for this sort of task would be. I'm looking to have the move made probably sometime this week.

There are only 3 places in the wordpress database that need to be changed and the 301 redirects can be done in .htaccess
