Sona,
You'll want to always change the name of the permalink under the title in each post in Wordpress. You can use whatever title you want but make the permalink shorter and the keyword phrase.

As for changing them to show up to just keywords I'm not sure how but I personally wouldn't. However I do agree with cleaning up the top bars. They look like blog post titles but are on pages. I'm not sure what to recommend there. I have a few friends that do Wordpress design that I could guide you to for more help if you ever want that.

For the book to be clickable, you'll just need to get the html code from the affiliate manager for that book and put that into a widget.

To make the image clickable the code in the widget would look something like this:

<a target="_blank" href="THE DESIRED URL"><img src="IMAGE URL" alt="DESCRIPTION" /></a>

You would replace the words in caps with your information.

To make the nav bar neater, use the WordPress menu creator (in sidebar under Appearance). You can type an alternate title for the menu items by opening the item.

Like Angie, I'm not sure why you would want a list of keywords instead of the page titles, but if you do, one way to do that would be to create a custom blogroll and then put that widget in the sidebar.
