Need a header for my new Christmas website

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create a header for my ChristmasLightsVegas.com website.

If you go there you will see a picture of tangled holiday lights - I'd like to use that make it lighter and put text on top of that.

Is that possible?

Looking for a quote and how fast you could do this!

What verbiage do you need on top of this?
My daughter (college student PhotoShop Godess) would do this for you and have it back within 24 hours for $50.

Hi Jill, I had looked at your site when you first started it and I just looked at it today and I have to say that it really looks great. I can see that you have been continually improving it. If you ever need a header again and want to try to learn to make your own header contact me because I found some really great free software that you can use to make your own and they look pretty fantastic.
