SEO is not really that difficult for longtail keyword phrases, because the ranking is not as dependent on unique content as you think. It's more dependent on basic on-page optimization and then quality inbound links.
You can add some original content by discussing the various places to buy it online (ie "I've done the research for you") and recommending the best deal with the fastest delivery - or by offering coupon codes to the store you're an affiliate for.
Look on Amazon.com for reviews written buy other buyers and take some of the main points and re-word those into a review on your own site.
You can also go to Yahoo! Answers (answers.yahoo.com) and ask people their thoughts on XYZ Product, any personal experiences, or where they usually order it and why. This is a great way to generate content ideas for your product pages as well.
