URGENT - SKYPE HELP NEEDED to delete my Address Book

I rarely use Skype. In looking to practice the instructions for people to use to come onto a Conference Call using Skype, I inadvertently

1 - Upgraded to the new SKYPE - don't like it
and WORSE

2 - I unintentionally, evidently, gave permission for my whole address book (from my computer to be on there). I do NOT want this.

Need to get it out immediately. I have confidential info in there.

I am on a MAC. someone said I should look up how to delete sKYPE data from a Mac.

OK - I might have been too hasty in my anxiety. I just paid more attention and see that all that is picked up is phone # and location - no email addresses or notes. I still prefer not to have it there. So help would still be appreciated.

Thanks so much for your speedy response, Lynne. I never even thought of Skype help. Actually when I saw the new layout my brain went into such a freeze, I TOTALLY lost sight of the very top toolbar with File, Edit, etc.

It wasn't until I saw go to "Preferences" in the link below that my eyes went all the way up to where I know how to find preferences! Sigghghhh. What a waste of time and energy "haste" and "jumping to conclusions" has been for me today!!!
