Need someone that can change my HTML and wordpress site to one wordpress site.

I have a website that needs organizing. The first problem is it is done in a format that I can not work with because I had someone else build it for me. It was done in Dream Weaver HTML format. Lynn recommended to have it done in Word Press, so I could work on it without having to learn HTML code.

Second thing, is that my blog was done in Word Press but I took a free karate pictures with a gaming site format which I did not know had gaming links all over it. It was free and looked pretty cool. However, the gaming back-links could have some problems with SEO because of spamming issues.

I need help getting my site redone and hopefully at an affordable rate? My site is www.pmaschofield.com

One more question is, I don't have any idea how to organize social media stuff in any way. I'm out there but not together with social media. When you transfer stuff, is it going to put social media things together in a way that works? Sorry for being such a pain in the neck. Pat
