I feel a bit stuck in this area. Part of me feels it is WAY over hyped and causes people to lose focus in just getting out there and connecting with others.....but I also do think it can sharpen your focus on a niche.

Is this something that Lynn and others discuss in Elite? I am considering joining if so. Thanks!

I agree! I have a hard time with personal branding so I'm a bit stuck myself.

As for discussing this in the elite group, yes we can and it's a private group so no one on the net can read/see what we are discussing and you can speak freely there. It's a great group, hope to have you join us!

Great - I see you've upgraded so I'll look for your thread in the private forum :)

Just want to add here though - how you brand yourself online depends on: how you want to be known, what you want to be known for, and who you want to know you. Period.

Depending on what you're doing, it's not always necessary to use your photo and your real name...

Interesting and sounds simple enough. I think I can answer those questions.

Right - it boils down to defining yourself, defining your target market, and defining exactly how you are going to add value in that marketplace.
