I want to thank Lynn for recommending Dave Navarros ebook "What's holding YOU back?" about a week ago.

I purchased the the book, read and started to implement some of the techniques and I'm already making good progress! :)

The most influential "technique" so far has been the daily note taking and reviewing technique found at the end of the book. I have been doing structured "weekly reviews" for months now, but I was not really satisfied with the questions I was asking and answering myself every week. Navarros book saved me the effort of figuring out better questions that would serve my purpose.

Taking notes and reviewing your day is hard work, but well worth the effort. And boy, haven't I started things going like never before! :-)

It is really making an impact for me too, and I intend to continue using it to get and stay on track with both my personal and business goals.

Thank you for your input on that book. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase it yet but I think it will be a great help to me.

It really is a good book. What I most love about it that it is so practical and completely "unfluffy". ;-)

Requires hard work though.
