in general it is a good idea to have the keyword in the first paragraph, the title, and if possible include links from one post to another in every article, it gives great internal linking juice. Lynn does it on all the posts at clicknewz. If you have a picture be sure to name it with your keyword dirt-bike-grear.jpg or what ever is in the post.
Find a few sites that have keyword luv and include the keyword in the name@keyword part of the comment.
Thanks for the help everyone, so far. I think I'm going to change the article so that it's more related to the aspects of Dirt Bike Trails and what gear riders can use to protect them and their bikes. I will make sure to have the keyword phrase "Dirt Bike Trails" as the title, in the first paragraph, a couple times in the body, at the end, name of the pics, and use it for keywords. Also, for internal linking, do I just put a link to my "Dirt Bike Trails" on all of my other articles, or what?

during the article you mention "dirt bike trails" and hyperlink it to your article on dirt bike trails.
Then you may say dirt bike accessories and link dirt bike accessories to your dirt bike accessories post. So eventually all your articles get lots of internal linking with keywords.
When I name pictures I have been adding a huyphen between the keywords like dirt-bike-trails.jpg then to add a tricky thing hyperlink the picture to the dirt bike trails blog post with target="_blank" so it opens in a new window. You can also do it in wp image gallery advanced area. drop down target opens in new window.
how about linking this article, that is also going to talk about gear that riders use to protect themselves to the post about the fox jerseys. Maybe:Quote:

That would give you the internal link to your other post using anchor text that (hopefully) is a keyword for you - though not necessarily one for your overall site, but maybe on that page, Fox Jersey's was a keyword.
Then you can do some backlinking, hopefully in places where you can use the anchor text of 'dirt bike trails' again in a blog post comment or forum post.

Have a look at this Self-SEO site which you can join for free. You will increase hits/traffic to your site and the flow on effect will mean a higher ranking in the search engines - especially if you simultaneously increase your backlinks per the advice already provided.

Are your inbound links using Dirt Bike Trails as the link text. This will optimize your links a bit further and give you that last bit of juice.
I did a quick look via Yahoo Site Explorer at your links and your EZ Article is just linked using the URL itself.

You should change that to "Dirt Bike Trails".
Other things to check:
-Are your backlinks do follow?
-Have you done some competitive analysis of the other pages that are currently ranking? I love Market Samurai for this. Maybe they have twice as many backlinks.
-Finally what is the PR of that URL? Maybe it is conderably lower than the competing top 10
You might want to check timetobeseen.com. It's a "bot" that grabs relevant fresh content on an unbelievable scale. In 4 days fleaandtickproducts.com's Alexa ranking went from 12.3 mln. to 72,000 with no marketing or advertising. Thought it was mostly for brick and mortar businesses but "content is king" seems to be true. Their prices are not the typical SEO companies ripoff either.
