Great Review. It will be interesting to see where this all goes and what you get charged for a new one!

I should know something tomorrow as I have an appointment at the Apple store in Nashville. It would be nice if they would tell me the price over the phone, as it's a 4+ hour detour in my work day to make the trip. :rolleyes:

I think I'd ask them over the phone to charge it and ask them to ship it, unless you need it immediately. Oh, my bad, they probably want the damaged one back too. :eek: Ask for a return shipping label to return the damaged one once you receive the replacement.

Any updates, Lynn? Could they make you a nice offer?
