Just thought I'd say hello. I used to be on here as sct100, but was away so long i missed when Lynn changed over to this new format so I had to re-register. I hope to be around more as I need tons of help doing what it is I want to do. Anyway, hi again.

Thanks Traci! I looked for you on twitter, but didn't see you. I have a question. Do you, on your blog, have a discussion on Blogger vs. WP? I have had WP and was not so happy and switched, but am rethinking. I would like to read some thoughts on the matter!

I do not have a post *yet* discussing Blogger vs. WordPress - but I will here shortly. ;)
So what about WP did you not like?
Did you have a WordPress.COM or the self-hosted .ORG version?
You really need the self-hosted .ORG version with your own domain & hosting, if you are trying to do a business. Blogger is fine, if you want a personal blog; but if you're going to run a business - you need to have your own hosted blog. Your own domain is branding YOU, not Blogger.

I have that topic on ClickNewz:

Welcome back Stephen :)

Well there ya go - Lynn to the rescue. LOL

If you have more thoughts on the topic, I'd love to hear them - feel free to post it on your blog and trackback it to mine so they're connected if you like.

Traci, what I didn't like was that I kept getting so much spam and had no idea how to turn it off. I have watched your vid on the subject which was helpful, but still have not figured out how to get my API key, or whatever it's called.
Do I have org or com? Good question! How do I tell? I downloaded from my host from fantastico, but whenever I log into my blog, it is through com. How do I tell? WP is not the most helpful when it comes to explaining things, or that's my opinion.

Thanks Lynn, that was helpful! I don't understand the social networking part though.
