Toolbar on wordpress dashboard

HELLO EVERYONE....IN THE PAST WHEN I WAS CREATING A NEW BLOG POST HAD MANY OPTIONS AND TOOLBAR TO CHANGE SIZE OF LETTERING AND COLORS AND NOW IS LIMITED??? DON"T KNOW WHAT CHANGED? PERHAPS IT WAS A PLUG IN i HAD THAT i REMOVED ACCIDENTALLY??

If not, the classic editor is GREAT : https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ It's free, and a lot of us are using it now. ;-)
