Use Vizaulisation To Increase Your Business?

I'm working on a new project on vizaulisation, I would really appreciate your views.

Coming from a personal development & self growth background, I'd like to know whether or not you practice it.

Do you use it to vizaulisation to achieve a goal or attract your idea customer?

Do you use any tools?

I find that simply writing it on paper seems to lock a goal into my subconscious brain.
