Need efficient competition research tool

I recently utilized Firefox plugin Quirk Search Status in order to research keyword competition. I found it to be tedious, although the tool gathered the data in a speedy manner. I want an upgraded version. In the spreadsheet template, I have to fill in the details for the top 5 ranking site for a particular keyword phrase. It concentrates on factors such as SERP Rank, Allinanchor Rank, PR of the ranking page, Homepage PR (if ranking page isn't homepage), age of site (according to WHOIS), Ranking page IBL's (according to Yahoo) and Domain IBL's (according to Yahoo). Does anyone have an effective competition research tool for this work?
