I would search for heart or cardiac related WordPress themes, as those would fit well with hypertension, and a general 'health' theme or anything showing the neck would work for a 'thyroid' niche.

You find the theme search within your WordPress Dashboard: log into your /wp-admin
In the left navigation bar, go to: Appearance > Add New Themes > and on this page you will see two sections:
1. a search field, where you can enter in search parameter keywords or tags for the type of theme you want (ex.: red, 2 column)
2. a feature filter, which is basically like a super search feature where you check boxes of features you want in your theme and then click the Find Themes button and it will pull up any search results that match the boxes you checked.
After the results for either option above are shown, you'll see a Preview and an Install link for each theme. Click Preview to well... preview that theme; click Install to install it. Pretty straight-forward. :)
Intitle? I'm not sure exactly what you're meaning here. Can you clarify. Thanks.
Hi Traci
Thanks for the guidance for the theme and i really hope i find the themes as suggested by for the above mentioned niches.
Let us say i want to chose a url as 'xyx' and i type in google search as follows
intitle:"xyz'
and i see only one result for the same .Have i made a right choice of the same???

Hi Traci
For my first domain there did provide me with the username and password and so i could have access to my cpanel. But for the second i just followed and and the company says i have to do it on my own and they refuse to change my account as suggested by Miksmind above so i am stuck. They say i have got access to my cpanel for the first domain and hence you should do all the work for the second one.I would like to ask is there any relation between the first and the second and if so how do i go about have access to my cpanel for my second domain
Sonatanna
Are you referring to a regular HostGator account setup; or domains setup through the reseller WHM?
cpanel
If it's through a regular HostGator account, then you need to add the second domain onto your hosting account through the AddOn Domains icon within the cpanel for your main hosted domain (follow the steps given on that screen). You will only have one cpanel in which to access all of your domains. You just log into that one - then will have access to all domains.
Once you've added on the new domain, following the steps given under the AddOn Domains icon, click the File Manager > click public_html > then you will see a yellow folder with the name of the domain you just setup, click that folder to access any/all files for that domain. It's the same process to access addon domains via FTP; log in under the main account hosted with HostGator with that username/password, then click the folder for the addon domain to access the files for that domain.
WHM
If this is a reseller account, log into your WHM control panel and just setup a new account for the new domain and then it will have it's own separate cpanel.
Hi Traci
The first was very very clear. Thanls a ton. But could you explain the second (WHM) a little more in detail for m understanding. A step by step guide. Please. Sorry to trouble you but a newbie out here
Thanks

Hi Traci
I have just signed up with Hostgator. While signing it asked me for my domain and i mentioned the same . However i have got one more domain name for which i want the same on Hostgator. Guide me how and what i do for the same.
Further i have got a blog for which the domain has expired with the existing hosting company. Can i transfer the same to Hostgator or not under such circumstances.
Atul Tanna
Atul - you have my Beginner to Blogger ecourse, so check your lessons for Week 2 - Lesson 1: addon domains are covered in that lesson. :)
Hi Traci
Referred to that and found the same there
Thanks a ton
