If you're using Wordpress, there's a plugin that will create the sitemap for you: Dagon Design Sitemap Generator.

Evernote has a way to share notes. Maybe you could create a checklist in Evernote, then share it with your client. They can't edit it, but they'll be able to view it.

My first thought is that you need pictures of mini dresses. To make the items in the menu bar smaller, you need to use the 'custom menu' feature that I think comes standard to Wordpress now....
