The hardest part for me would be

1- Traffic
2- Patience, Sticking with it when you aren't making anything.
3- Creating content

I had previously just had my own opt in form without verification and I can't tell you how many of them were simply spam or someone thinking if they enter a fake e-mail they will get it right away...

Well my wordpress blog still seems to be beating out my joomla webpage. I'll have to wait more time and see.

I have a twitter account with about 1600 followers but I only get about 2-3 hits from a tweet. It's just so time consuming adding and removing from my account.

1) create the subdomain
2) install it on the subdomain

***Most Important Step***
3)Log out of Cpanel.

I just moved the main content above the sidebar in the code, then just switched the values...

I'm using Dreamweaver for my site and it seems that no matter which template I use Google seems to see my sidebar before my content because it is first in the code.
