I've followed the instructions and can't see it anywhere.

I can't send a "private message" as the option does not appear per the FAQ.

I made the switch from Comcast (never had a problem) to Fios last February. Fios with just TV and Internet we currently do not have a home phone. Comcast was just TV and Internet also.
