Im not familiar with rapidpage.ca, but you might try using google webmaster tools and submitting a sitemap for your site. this will allow google to know about all of your pages.

I assume you are talking about the TABB site listed in your signature? if you do site:www.tabb.ca you will see the pages that google has indexed.

I just noticed this morning that my article that took a big hit after the update, was number 1 for a while....and was a few pages down after the update, is now sitting in position 6 for they keyword....

You might consider possibly flipping some of the domain names. Take the better names and make a few sites. And also check into domain parking at Sedo.com.
