For email marketing you have to build a list but this type has not good effects and most of the people ignore the mail or mail is diverted to Spam folder.

If you want to build a list this is going to be your best decision ! Get an autoresponder and conect it with the wesite that you are promoting and you are going to have a lot of subscribers and if you set up your autoresponder correctly than you will see a lot of success
