Default Need scan of photograph restored with photo editing software

I have a scan of an 8x10 precious photograph of my son from when he was a toddler. The photo stuck to the glass and when the glass finally broke, I had to remove the photo which left bits of photo on the glass and not on the photo itself.

I scanned the photo but it needs to have touched up the areas that stuck to the glass and even though I do have Photoshop, it's beyond my skill-set. I have attached a resized sample so you can see what I'm talking about. The actual file is in the TIFF format and is 3977x3169 pixels and about 72MB.

The ending file format should be whichever one gives me the highest quality as I plan on printing it at least full size (8x10) and I would like a copy in TIFF as well.

    Please give me an estimate.

    Hi Jeffery,

I'd love to help with this.

It sounds like the scan would be good to work with, but I'd like to see it before I give a quote.

The sleeve will be the hardest part, but I'd like to see what I can do.

Email me at shannon@appetitefordesign.com if you're still looking for somebody. Let's see if I can help.
