Content publishing schedule

I mentioned in the SSWT elite brainstorming hour today that I could use some resources and help with setting up a content publishing schedule and thought I would go ahead and post in the main marketing forum to help others as well. I wonder if anyone has links to resources that might help me wrap my brain around setting up a content publishing schedule

I am currently only focusing on one website and one blog.

Excellent resource Lisa. I just checked it out and although dates are from 2008 it can easily apply to 2011.
