I need to sell some physical items on eBay, and that's one marketing area I've never dabbled in before. Can anyone recommend a really easy guide to doing that? I have problems grasping New Things, when it comes to anything involving a shopping cart.
I'll give an unqualified recommendation to Marsha Collier's "Starting an eBay Business for Dummies" and her "eBay Timsaving Techniques for Dummies" books. Marsha is the ultimate eBay guru, in my book and these books basically got me started. She's also around the web, so Google her name for articles here and there. I follow her on Twitter, too, @MarshaCollier. In fact, when I went to the day long eBay University seminar in here in DFW back in '06, I was surprised to find that Marsha was the speaker. Try to get a later edition of the book, because some of the details change, but she outlines the startup process very well.
Anyone recommend an easy eBay guide?
