Thank you ladies for your input. (Thank you gents as well!) I am amazed and thankful that you are willing to take a look at my blog Lynn. Greatly appreciated. I am a bit embarrassed as I have not posted in a while as I thought I was selling the darn thing. You guys have encouraged me to keep at it. Thanks so much as I love doing IM. I am so new to this whole thing that sometimes I don't know what you guys are talking about in your suggestions but I am learning!
David Jacksons post today about "moving the ball" was great. That is all I ask of myself, that I do not quit and keep moving forward. With the help from you great people in this forum, I will do that!

If you ever have a questions, just let us know. Always happy to explain terms or concepts - sometimes they just come out as everyday language and we don't realize not everyone 'gets it'
Taking a look at your blog now, and I'll just toss out some general suggestions. First, in this post I love your use of a great picture:
BUT - you really need to break up the text into easy-to-read paragraphs. And IF I happen to read the entire post anyway and get to the very end of the post... what do you want me (the reader) to do next?
You do end it by saying "in my next post..." so be sure to link to that next post there when you get it published.
Again - what do you want the visitor to do after they watch the video? You might list the products used in the video, or make a "next click" recommendation below the video.
This post: http://www.woodworkingjigs.net/uncat...odworking-jigs is uncategorized? At the end you recommend they "check out this article..." It's not clear if you are referring to the Squidoo link just above that, or forgot to give the article link.
Just some quick observations. I like what you have here!
Thanks for your critique. With your experience you could have torn me apart but you went easy on me. I will certainly get after your great suggestions. Your help is beyond appreciated. I look forward to when I can offer the same to others.
It's my checklist for the 7 elements I include in every blog post. You might find it helpful. I think you're doing great - keep blogging! Not many people make their first sale in the first couple of months
Lynn, thank you for the link and I did find it helpful for sure. One more time, thank you for your "giving" attitude. Your desire to help is commendable. I think I am gonna stick around!
