Right now I'm reading "Divas Doing Business" - 'What the Guidebooks Don't Tell You About Being a Woman Entrepreneur' by Monique Hayward

I'm on 1/4 pages through it but so far it's a good read. I like the fact that she interviewed several women in business who give the nitty gritty about their reasons for starting their businesses, ups and downs and the fun they're having. It also teaches about overcoming stereotypes and taps into, mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and financial impacts.

I met Monique last month and after speaking with her at length, I was compelled to grab her book -- she's smart, energetic, motivating and authentic.
