WP email change

Does anybody have a clue as to how I change my email for the comment section of my blog. I was noticing that when I reply to comments on my blog, the email is not the one I am using. I have looked and cannot seem to find where to change this.

The help section of Wordpress was as usual, little help.

Try Settings -> General ->Email Address

Unfortunately, that isn't the address that shows. I have looked everywhere I can think of for the address that shows up on my comments and I can't find it anywhere.

Then look under users. Se yourself there (probably admin), and see what email you have. If it's not the one you want, edit your user profile and change it.

Adriana, once again, unfortunately, that is not the emal that show when I respond to comments either. The address that shows is one I started back when I first began my blog and have since stopped using. This is all in an attempt to get my picture to show when I respond and I got to really looking at the email address and saw that it was this old one. I cannot find the address listed anywhere except when I respond to comments. It is really strange!
