WP plug in for starred reviews for my posts AND reader comments

The kind of reviews that will show stars on my posts AND reader comments. And, hopefully, can sort those stars for "highest rated" and drop them into a widget.

A Plug in that Free, easy to get up and running - yes I want the world.

Alternatively, if anybody is very familiar with this type of plug in and wants to do some cheap freelance work, and is willing to walk me through this so that I can 'wash and repeat' rather than rehire, please PM me.

(sorry if I sound short - I'm frustrated again. When will I stop being so stubborn and just outsource the entire site design and set up to somebody else. . .)
