WordPress thermes are all over the internet.

You can access lots of official free themes in the back of your blog...just go to Appearance => add New Themes and use the search box

Or the obvious answer just Google "Wordpress Theme"

I have not yet started to use paid themes but Thesis is where I'll start followed by Flexibity and Affiliate theme.

There's tons of them.
