I got really excited when I read about the social media update integration into Google & Bing search. SEO is my main method and I LOVE social media - so the combination just brings out tons of potential!!

According to this NYT article yesterday, Google is going start updating Twitter, Facebook and MySpace entries ever second. Apparently waiting "minutes" was too slow.

I might be too late to this thread to get an answer, but, if you have "protected" Tweets, I'm assuming that they won't come up in Google's real time results?

Is that correct?

I just tested one - showed up in less than 30 seconds. Probably took me longer to go look than it did for them to post it lol. Definitely fast!
