    Default How to Outsource correctly?

I'm setting up a new blog, to do affiliate marketing, but I can only take it so far.

    Things I need to do:
    Integrate Feedburner
Integrate the blog with Twitter account
Add social buttons at end of every post.

This is where I get stuck and then give up after running around in circles. I would like to outsource. The blog is brand spanking new and I don't know how to put a money value on the services I need, for a blog that has generated no income and merely needs to be set up.

From what I gather, Freelancer starts at $250 and Elance $50-500. It seems to me, this should definitely not cost that much. I'm thinking more like $25-35 range.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Those items shouldn't cost you more then $25-35. If you are using Word Press you can add social buttons at the end of every post in about a minute by installing a plugin (if you want to know how to do that let me know I can guide you through it). I haven't done the other 2 personally but don't think they would be very hard either.

There are also two Elite members who I'm sure could do this for you - though you certainly should check with them for a price. I've used them both. Traci Knopfe and Michael Schultz. Mike also does some nice graphic work on headers and optin buttons.

And Christian is correct - there are plugins that will do this for you 'easily.' I often find 'easy' a relative term in WP Land, which explains why I use Traci and Mike.

Yep, if you use the Social or SexyBookmarks plugin, they will automatically add those icons at the bottom of every post when you activate the plugin. You need to configure the settings for the plugin after you activate it, to tell it which icons to display and if you want the icons to show up on every post and/or page, but it's simply a matter of tic some checkboxes and saving to do the configuring.

Integrate your blog with Twitter, I use the Twitter Tools plugin to automatically send out a tweet when I publish a new blog post. Twitter Tools also allows you the option to show your latest tweets in your sidebar using their widget.

To integrate Feedburner, you first need an account at feedburner, then use that link for any RSS feed buttons to link them to feedburner. Some themes now have a place for you to insert your feedburner URL, so check if your theme has any customization options and if unique RSS feed is one of those.

If you need more help, let me know.

Thanks Traci very much, will definitely follow your suggestions.

I am using the default theme for now, haven't gotten fancy yet. I'm in the planning/ set up stage for this blog.

Feedburner is bumming me out. Everytime I extract FeedSmith to my documents, my computer tells me I already have a folder by that name. So I'm on the hamster wheel.

I don't see feedsmith feedburner as a plugin option through wordpress, which would be super nice. Am I wrong here?

Definitely, before you go to Elance, be sure to check here. There are several people including Traci, who can help you here on the boards or for hire at a reasonable rate.

...as a sidenote, those freelance sites don't 'start' at that much =)
