Default Don't underestimate what you learn here

Just a quick little story here:

I host a monthly meetup in my town for people who are interested in Internet marketing. Last night we met and two new people came out as well. We were talking about getting traffic and I was showing them how my Cpanel gives me stats of who visited and the keywords they used to get to the site.

I mentioned something about organic search engine traffic and explained a little bit about it. At that point, one of the ladies commented that she has been asking her website designer what organic traffic was and he could never tell her.

Some of us may think we don't know much because of the caliber of people who frequent this forum, but if you've been here any amount of time and taken in the advice, you know a lot more than the majority.

So thanks Lynn and the rest of the members here at sswt and let's make 2010 our best year yet

    Hi Carol,

    Very good point.

Someone I love still doesn't know how to open and close windows on her computer- I go to her computer and 47 gmail screens are open and 35 bank screens, on top of each other! So we know a LOT!

PS I'm remembering you from an old forum- you had some ebook novels?

Hi Ellen, I was on the old forum but no ebook novels. My daughter Melanie is around the forums as well and does ebooks, not sure about novels though.

Hi Carol. Good point. Sometimes it's easier to look at what we think we do not know than what we do. Is your Mother still coming to NAMS? I can't wait to meet her. It's getting closer. Thanks for reminding me to look at the positive.

Hi Gail, mom is still coming to NAMS. We have flights out of Toronto so she doesn't get overtired. My daughter from Murfreesboro is meeting us in Atlanta and will hang out with mom while I'm in the workshops. No way she could keep up with our schedule at her age.

But she does want to hang out and meet everyone in the evenings. She's looking forward to spending some time with Kevin Riley too - she is probably his oldest affiliate and he thinks she is amazing because she's created two infoproducts after taking his workshop.

Can't wait to see you at NAMS.
