Default What will you do different in 2010?

    Happy New Year!

"If You Keep On Doing What You've Always Done, You'll Keep on Getting What You've Always Gotten"

What will you do different in 2010 to take your business to the next level?

There are so many incredible resources available to all of us here on this forum! Make a plan to change just one thing in your business and you will see how just doing one thing differently can have a significant effect on your success!

What will I do different? Outsourcing, scaling and systemizing.

I finally gave up some of my "control freak" tendencies at the end of 2009 and started using Traci Knoppe's Outsourcing Service, Your Web Tech Team (fyi-that is my affiliate link) and it has saved me time, money and Advil (from the headaches I was getting trying to figure things out!).The scaling and systemizing will fall into place around the outsourcing and team building. Basically, I want to make 2010 a year of building community around my business...that's what I am going to do different.

The other thing I will be doing is making a point everyday to add value to the communities I belong to including this one!

What about you? What will you do different in 2010?

    To you success...

One thing that I want to do is waste less time. I find that I spend a lot of time finding things to do rather than complete the things that already need to be done.

I have already begun organizing and planning the year out and working toward that goal. I have never been very good and following the plan, but this is business and it has to be so it will be.

I am going to make it a point to write articles everyday and submit them to ezine articles. I want to make this a daily habit as well as implement different methods of marketing that I have learned.

Also I am going to get organized and stay organized so that I can focus better and also have a day to day action plan that I will follow.

Yes, I'm a procrastinator and time waster. I always seem to know what should be done when I'm away from my computer. The instant my seat in the chair, I'm checking email accounts, following leads on new stuff, looking for pens, taking the dogs out, doing dishes, rearranging the office, checking emails . . . following leads . . .

I want to become more focused, organized, and motivated to follow through on at least one project that will bring in some cash no matter how small that is at first.

My primary goal for 2010 is to setup my systems and processes so that I can let my Team handle more of the work and me doing more managing than working. I will eventually work my way into hiring a manager to handle the day-to-day running of my outsource company.

[See, it is possible to have a service based business that doesn't work ya to death. ]

My main second goal is to increase my passive affiliate income.

Focus, Focus, Focus! Stop getting sidetracked by other things and build a passive income stream so that I can finally quit my JOB!

My answer is straight out and simple. My goal is to do something every day. Something to move me forward, however short the distance or however small the something.

I've cut out a LOT of STUFF from my business in 2009 and 2010 is when I'm going to go for what I really want. I want to call myself a 'real' internet marketer by the end of 2010.

Right now I couldn't get by without my services income, I want the services I do to be a choice, not an obligation, by the end of the year.

So what will I do differently:
    - I'll be obsessively watching my stats and my finances to get to my goals.
    - I'll be writing more content then ever and submitting it out to the net (ezine articles, guest blogging, websites, etc)
    - I'll be getting more serious about my podcast and providing my guests with more tools to let their people know about their show.
    - I will big time be building incoming links - something I've never really been serious about until now!
