I'm trying to be better about not doing EVERYTHING myself. I've decided to start with my facebook fanpage landing page.

I will need a landing page with the following:

1. optin box for my free report (maybe)
2. call to action (to become a fan)
3. A picture of me
4. A link to my website.
5. A short explanation of who I am/what I do.

but would like lighter colors and some other things we can discuss.

I'm not sure what something like this will cost, but would be willing to discuss prices if you can do it.
