google analytics - is there someplace you can see the exit pages?

How can I determine which pages are being read when visitors leave my website. . . doesn't GA have a way of showing this?

If I'm understanding your question correctly you can view the top exit pages by clicking on the Content section and then clicking on Top Exit Pages when reviewing the report for your particular website.
