Thread: Vote for me, please, on Foodista?

  1. #1

Default Vote for me, please, on Foodista?

Click Here to vote for my chicken, corn and green chile recipe on Foodista. (Okay, I know it's hokey, but the little award banner would look cool on my site.)

    thanks.

You got it Jeanette. Now, I really could have used this recipe the other day. Was looking for something to do with my leftover chicken. Too late, but I will try it soon.

I voted, and saved it to my every growing recipes to try file. I love chicken/corn chowder, so I can't wait to try this one. Thanks!

Okay, being a little dense here.

Where/how do I vote? Do I have to register and then login first?

    Thanks.

Not dense - somebody else asked the same thing. Since it wouldn't be cool for me to vote for myself, I THINK what you do is hit on the little gold stars near the top of the page.

    Thanks everybody.

You CAN leave the bacon out, but it does lose something (calories and cholesterol are what make food taste good, IMO). And the chicken really is optional. I prefer it without the chicken but Jay the carnivore thinks he's being punished if he doesn't get meat. (Should have seen him trying not to enjoy the mushroom and barley soup with fresh dill I made last week. )

Bacon is a no-no in my house (husband doesn't eat pork) and I'm not a fan of meat in any form, so the veggie option is good to know. Thanks!

You do have to register to vote, by the way. It was relatively painless, though. I registered via my Facebook profile.
