I have taken on the responsibility of web mastering a site for a thrift store being established by the Lake Avenue Community Foundation. they have given me a simple design concept they would like to a professional graphics artist improve.

Graphic designers create logos on Photoshop, Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. What do you prefer? Apart from searching this forum only, try out some trusted online business sites as they’re loaded with talented and professional service providers. Hope you find a talented one at reasonable cost.

did you consider a Warrior Forum offer? I've seen some excellent work for very cheap prices over there (I've no personal experience with these, however).
