Thread: Internet Conference/Webinar software program suggestions

Default Internet Conference/Webinar software program suggestions

Do you have any conference/webinar room programs that you recommend? I have looked at Go To Meeting & Vere Conference rooms and would like to hear your input. Of course, I'm looking for the best possible price

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I use http://www.freeconference.com/ Then they have a a desktop share feature. You can email out invites. What I do is just send the number and link info.

It is 9.00 a month to record the call and 9.00 a month for desktop share. No contracts so I take it on and off depending on how I use it. There is also a one time use fee that is 6.50.

Since I started using Skype. I Pamela so that is how I record the call.. so its just the 9.00 for desktop share.. You can also upload your power point presentation in to the screen if you do not want to use desktop share.

I look forward to the other responses you get.

I like GoToMeeting and Fuze Meeting.

They probably aren't the cheapest options out there, but I've never had any problems relating to their reliability.

Thanks Mike! Appreciate the feedback. Haven't heard of Fuze so we'll check it out.

    For no cost alternative: FreeConferenceCall.

I use Instant Teleseminar and love it. $49 per month base price.

For webinars I use WebEx. More pricey than some but I like the features. My base amount is $150 per month.
