I was pending money on all sorts of promotions and ads without getting results. I wanted it all quickly without really understanding what I was doing. I know it a bit better now but still need to improve

Ahh gotcha. I rarely pay for any type of advertising at all. Between Social & SEO, you hardly have to if you put out great content/reviews. ;-)

Im into Online business too. But Im still a newbie though and I want to build my own outsourcing company. I'm on the phase researching (techniques and styles on SEO) and Im planning to hire a team in other country ( cheap labor but good skills ) this week. I already have a software on monitoring their internet usage. Once everything is set, I will be able to meet clients and talk about my services. Sounds good ?
