Opt In Box

Can anyone lead me to a post or give me the basics of an opt in box? I need the very basics - especially how to create one using Wordpress and Aweber. I'd be surprised if Lynn hadn't written a post on this, but I wasn't able to find it doing a search on her blog.

I use Aweber and they have some great tutorials on there website.I am not sure if you will be able to see them if you do not use Aweber.For me I didn't see any of it as basic but Aweber steps you right through it . They have some really good opt-in boxes now like this one on my website. http://www.dimedecorating.com

Nearly all responders have tutorials inside them. So does getresponse which is the one I use. I would like the other user said take a look at what is available from the autoresponder service itself.

I believe Aweber has tutorials on that so I would check with them for sure.
