Super Affiliate Handbook Question

I bought Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook back in 2005. I hear that I should be able to get free lifetime updates, but have never done so and don't know how to get those. The Contact Rosalind link on the Super Affiliate Handbook website seems to be bad (the site/page it goes to doesn't seem to exist), so not sure how to contact anyone to see what I need to do. Does anyone know how to get updates to this book? I see Lynn referring to this resource and giving great comments on it and would like to read the latest version.

I've tried messaging Rosalind via Twitter with no response and the support site still seems to be down.

So let me try another approach. How do people normally get updates? Are they sent to you automatically? Is there a login page that you use to login to the location where you download updates from? If so, is there a place on that page to recover login information? If there is, that might be a way for me try and get access?

Does someone have a support email address? If so, if you can send that to me, I'll use that to try and get in touch and request the latest update.

After a number of months trying to find a way to get an update to the Super Affiliate Handbook with the support site being down, no response from the support email that Denise sent me, trying to send question via Twitter, the support site finally came back up.

So I submitted a ticket asking how to get updates. Just got a reply telling me that they don't give lifetime updates anymore and asking me to join their membership program instead. Apparently lifetime updates aren't really lifetime updates...

That's a horrible bait and switch if it's true. Maybe Lynn can tap into this somehow and find out what's going on. I know she heavily promotes it and may have a direct line to Rosalind.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised at that myself. I replied to the ticket response that I got that said they weren't doing that anymore and we'll see what happens there as well.

Just to give the benefit of the doubt, I bought the Super Affiliate Handbook back in 2005 and don't really remember if they specifically said lifetime updates back then. All I really have is a ClickBank receipt. I'm going on what I saw other people saying about it.

I should have kept up with the updates (assuming that they were available to me), but hadn't and then when I saw the comments about lifetime updates I decided to check into getting an update and seeing what was new in it.

Perhaps I was wrong about the updates? Anyone else buy it around that time (2005) and been getting updates?

The website says you get updates so you may want to ask again. Make sure they know you are wanting to download the most recent version of the handbook which you were promised you'd be able to do when you purchased.

I lost interest in Rosiland shortly after the first release of her book. She had a title at that time that claimed she made $400,000+ with her method.

After digging through the book, and realizing the $400,000 was actually gross revenues, not net profit, I wrote her a nice note inquiring about the title. She replied with a wink, one insider to another, happily impressed with how clever her title was.

The thing is, if we believe the book, she did earn (net profit) over $200,000. Which is quite impressive, and surely a great title.
