    Default 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge

    Hey gang, I would like to extend an invitation to participate in my FREE 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge which is going on at my blog.

    The goal of the challenge is to improve your business, fitness, and life by incorporating home office fitness into your workday.

    I'd love to share this fun journey with you and celebrate in the successes that you achieve during the next 30 days.

    I would love to get on the balance ball but since I am not at home, it is not quite possible to do this one! I do plan on doing what I can though. Retweeted your message too.

    Hey Scott. Just ordered your program. The main thing I am interested in is not gaining weight over the next couple of months due to a broken ankle and very limited mobility. I was training for a marathon and a few days ago during power walk/jog I broke my ankle. So out of the marathon in October, but concerned about how to keep my energy up and stay in the shape I am in.

    Figured your program might help and the price is definitely right.

    Thanks Scott. I am enjoying the videos and know when the foot heals I will implement the full plan you have outlined. In the meantime, any recommendations for getting great exercise while on crutches is great.

    The 30 Day Challenge has really got me in the habit of writing frequent blog posts and interacting with my followers. I'm so glad that I got it rolling.

    Seriously though Clay, hearing your feedback and the feedback from others has been making this all worth it.
