Hi Phil - welcome!

OK - first thoughts when I look at your site:

1. I see a lot of ads all over the place. Why? You should be promoting YOU and your services, not the services of all these other places.

2. You have too much 'stuff' above the fold, meaning I have to scroll down to get to your read content to read to learn more about your company and what you do.

3. Left align the paragraphs of text. It reads easier. Center aligned text is very "90's". Make the page easier to read and format the text on the page to read much like a letter. It's fine to have some bold/red headlines that are centered, but everything else - left align.

4. Add some paragraph breaks. Something else to add to the block of text, make logical paragraph breaks to make the reading in easier chunks/blocks of text.

5. Navigation: you need better site navigation. I see some at the bottom, which is good to have; but you also need very clearly defined navigation also at the top and/or side of the page as well. Make it very easy for folks to find their way around your site and make the navigation consistent on every page of your site so they can get from page A to page B and back again.

6. Keywords: good news, when I search 'tampa bay computer repair specialist' you're #1 in Google! What you need to now do, is determine how many are searching for that particular phrase. If that phrase is getting a good number of searches, but you're not getting any business from it - could be because of some of the reasons I mentioned above. Also do more keyword research to find other related long-tail keywords and optimize other pages of your site for those related long-tail keyword phrases to bring in traffic that way.

Those are the biggest things I see for now. The design itself could use some work - but if you work on the things above, that would be a big improvement.

When I visit the board in the morning I see all the new and newly replied threads in bold. As soon as I read one of those it marks the enitre board read and I can't tell what's new anymore. It's driving me crazy. I cleaned out my cookies and cache and all that in case it was just me, but it's still happening. Does it just not like me?

I just heard about this forum through Justin Brooke's newsletter. Looks like a helpful community.

I've got some sites up that I'm trying to promote, but one especially... I've had it for a while and I had it up to $400 a month. I'm now promoting a new affiliate product, so my sales went down, and I've also been gone the entire summer, so I had no time to work on it. You can check it out at:
