Question for Facebook Fanpage techies about using Discussions Tab

Is there a setting for making the "forum threads" posted on the Discussions Tab display on the main wall as well? I thought it was like that before, but it seems it's either changed or I imagined it before LOL

Also, any advice for integrating a discussions tab section into the conversation flow of the wall posts? All thoughts appreciated on this topic. Thanks in advance
