    Default web based affiliate software

    Hi There,

I'm helping a friend sell her ebook and we're looking for a web based affiliate software. I've looked at Clickbank but we'd like to have multiple levels of payout and a media section where people can download banners, etc. I know 1ShoppingCart can do this but $100 a month is a little steep. I've looked at review sites but most of them are geared toward the affiliate and not the merchant.

    Thanks in advance.

Hello Elge. I haven't spent a lot of time looking over affiliate networks in general nor for merchants in particular, but I have investigated a few. Maybe PayDotCom.com would be helful to your friend. A skim of their vendor functions looks like it might have some or all of what you're looking for. They say they have a media center where you can put your banners for download. Although I couldn't tell for sure, it looked like they might have mutiple payout levels to the affiliates. I'll be interested to hear what you thought.

    Hoping for your friend's success,
    Della

http://www.e-junkie.com/ is a very low cost affiliate site.
Butterfly Marketing software may also meet your needs. It is open source currently.
PayDotCom is a good idea also.
Rapid Action Profits does not have all you are looking for.
Traffic Fusion or HyperJava if still available does a lot of what you are looking for.
Learning to ride off road motorcycles and available for Motorcycling related marketing services

e-junkie is really affordable as Clay mentioned, but I don't recall if it has the tiers or not, it's been awhile since I was in there to poke around, I think there might be a second tier option. Affiliates do tend to have a difficult time finding their links and getting registered through them, or so I found out. I did a video for affiliates awhile back (the product in this video is now free and not a for sale product, but the video is still helpful) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRiqlKiQiTk

You could also look at Digital Access Pass. It runs on your own server. It is a membership script and affiliate program all in one. It has multiple tiers and has a short code system that allows you to insert affiliate IDs into your affiliate tools.
